Pawlett PC has not met since March, but legislation now allows parish councils to venture into the world of virtual meetings and the date for the first Zoom Parish Council meeting has been set for Monday 29th June.

As you will note, it will be a shortened agenda compared to normal but members of the public are still welcome to attend and observe.
Any members of the public wishing to attend should email the Clerk (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting in order to be sent the log in details necessary to join.
Prior to the start of the formal meeting, as is normal, time will be allocated to any questions, comments and suggestions raised by members of the public. To assist with any potential technical issues arising from the virtual nature of the meeting, if any members of the public wish to raise any comments or questions the Parish Council requests that these are please emailed to the Clerk at least 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting.
