Pawlett Short Mat Bowls
The bowling club was stared by a group of friendly bowlers in 1995.
They raised funds to buy equipment - mostly second hand - and the club has played bowls in the village hall nearly every week since.
In 2013 a grant was awarded by the sport lottery fund which enabled the club to purchase new equipment.
The Membership has now increased enough for the Club to play twice a week.
The club meets every Thursday at 2pm and Friday at 7pm at Pawlett Village Hall.
New members would be very welcome.
